Candidates interested in studying with our affiliate institutions shall also obtain and fill this form; wherein the University serves as the local coordinator for the affiliate institutions.
The 2020/2021 Admission Applications outlines eligibility requirements for all intended students. Please read these requirements carefully to decide if they apply to you. This Admission Applications is available on the payment of 10.000 FCFA cost for the forms. This Application Form must be completed by every applicant. At the time of submission, this Application Form should be accompanied by all of the additional materials requested herein.

 This Application Form (signed and dated)
 2 Recent Passport Photograph of yourself
 Certified Copy of your National ID Card or Resident Permit if not a Cameroonian.
 A letter of Recommendation of good conduct.
 The reference Forms duly signed.
 Payment of 10.000 FCFA application fees.
